Refund for registered agent service.
We do not offer refunds for cancelled registered agent services.
This service is purchased and renewed on an annual basis, if you want to withdraw from the service, you must inform us via e-mail 30 days before the end, prior to the annual renewal date to avoid recurring annual charges.
Refund for Other services
There are 3 cases to request a refund.
- In the first case, within 24 hours of purchase, if you have made the purchase by mistake or want to cancel it without reason, you have the right to request a refund of the amount paid. You only have to send a message to us via the Contact Us page, requesting to cancel the service, and we will send you the money immediately.
- The second case: within 14 days of the delivery of the service, in the event that the service received is incomplete or incorrect.
- The third case is a partial refund, this is in the event that the service purchased depends on another service that was purchased specifically for you. Such as registering a domain name and buying a yearly hosting package for you.
